I hope he finds some great pants. He's had an amazing loss!

He actually found pants in a smaller size than he's been wearing from Duluth Trading Co (his younger brother recommended them) which is awesome because if you're a new customer, you can return anything for ANY REASON within the first year and they'll replace it. One example she gave was if he lost weight and the pants no longer fit! He can trade them in for smaller ones! Blew my mind lol. Especially because while he's comfortable at his current weight, he's open to the possibility of losing more inches as he tones.

I had to come back and update with my weight- -4.5 @ 211. Every time I cut carbs and it works- it make me a little sad to know what I have to trade off for what I want. Still not sure how badly I 'want' to lose more- but I'll follow this path for a while.

Mornin'!

I was thinking last night and very early this morning that this might be the day to take our 19-year-old kitty in to the emergency vet to do the deed, but she seems better now. Maybe she'll hold out for a few more days. She's eating and drinking and can still make it up the pet stairs to our bed, but she's weak and a bit wobbly - and she's lost a pound in the last three weeks - I was mortified when DH weighed her last night. I would rather our regular vet do it, so hopefully she'll hold out. But if she gets bad today, we'll take her over to the emergency clinic. I don't want her to suffer.

probably won't be doing much today since I want to be with her - first to monitor her to make sure she's still semi-OK, and secondly, because I know we're nearing the end. I want to maximize my time with her.

QOTD: hmmm...something in a hospital, I think - but I don't know exactly what. I think it would be a really fun environment to work in - always something new going on.

3 years 4 months out:

B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with 1/2 mango

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake

L: probably cottage cheese and strawberries

D: a stir-fried chicken dish with lots of veggies and cauliflower rice

Hey Menu Peeps!

I am still feeling like crap - Tamiflu, Mucinex, some kind of steroid and something else... tired and sick. Resting today.

I still don't have an appetite but I'll try eating a little bit today.

L: chicken soup

D: more chicken soup

Off to take a nap :)

Happy Sunday afternoon folks. I have been up a little while but certainly have not been very productive. I started a load of laundry, that's about it.

Qotd: I drove a zamboni for years... ever since I have had a desire to operate other strange vehicles. I would absolutely love (for example) to drive a street sweeper for a day. To be trained on it then released out into the streets holding up traffic... that would be amazing. The only things I don't think I could ever try driving would be garbage trucks. I like the idea but am ridiculously sensitive to smells.

Accountability: Much better than Friday! No donuts (I still can't fathom what I was thinking).

Bf: 2 vanilla protein pancakes, 1t margarine, 1/4 cup sugar free syrup

MS: babybel, protein water

L: 1 serving turkey meatballs, 2T parmesan cheese

AS: premier protein shake

D: Not sure yet. Someone in this house really needs to go to the grocery store...

A slice of sugar free carbquick chocolate cake with 2T sugar free cool whip.

Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, all vitamins, maybe 1 hour treadmill

I never had an office job. I would like my own office. Coffee breaks. Hour long lunches. Not needing a shower right after work. A day would be enough.

I'm eating more chili. I have shrimp and pork rinds. And yogurt.

It's Monday, but I'm reading Sunday's answers.

QOTD: I would like to be a zoo veterinarian in charge of baby animals at a zoo or at a marine aquarium.

Accountability: Saturday we went to a wedding with a big feast afterwards and Sunday we had Potluck lunch at church and I ate too much. Enough said.

On to Monday and better eating habits, I hope.
