What's on your Sunday Menu RNY'ers?
Morning peeps! I'm trying to get my brain in gear to get up. I only have to run today- cook and do my laundry.
Qotd: If you could do any job for one day- what would you do? I think I'd like to be a medical examiner for a day. Seems intriguing to investigate how someone died.
No weight yet- not up. 3.5 years out, no carbs goal day 3.

I don't often post over here! Since I am trying to keep my brain occupied until it is time to get off work, I will put in my menu for Sunday.
QOTD: I have been watching Forensic Files like crazy. I would love to be some kinds of forensic scientist that finds the science in how someone dies. Hopefully this one day of that profession would also give me the smarts for science, or I am going to be the worst investigator.
Breakfast - Cheese omelette
Lunch - Chobani plain, almonds
Dinner - Crustless turkey pot pie I am going to make
Snack - Protein bar, maybe some fruit as well

That's exactly what I do. Forensic Files is perfect tv for listening!
Hi!
I already went out with my dog for our early morning walk. It's so dark out in the morning now! My dog has an LED light on his collar and I have to carry a flashlight so we can see where we're going. Wait until it gets cold and a heavy coat, scarf, gloves, and boots get added!
QOTD: I'd like to be a fighter pilot for a day. But, without a war, of course. I'd liked to do all those aerobatic maneuvers they do in air shows. I guess I would have to get over my motion sickness first!
MEALS FOR TODAY
Breakfast: High protein milk
Brunch out with my friend: Cheese omelet, sausage
PM Snack: Prosciutto and mozarella roll-up
Dinner: Turkey meatloaf
Good morning! It is cloudy but relatively warm here today. I don't know what I'll do, but it will probably involve some dog walking.
QOTD: I think I'd like to be some type of doctor or maybe a nurse practitioner. The medical world has always intrigued me.

Sears at the mall we were visiting was closing and I scored the coffee pot my husband likes a huge discount so I bought 2 of them. They are usually $100 coffee pots got them for $55 each.

Morning everyone! Today DH and I are having a breakfast date, then going out to shop for some brand new jeans for him! He's excited because he hasn't had brand new jeans since he started his journey, he's only been going through his old smaller sizes his mom had saved in her house and thrift. Before that, he had to order his size online. But he's decided he's happy where he is and has been maintaining. He went from 530 lbs down to 230, and then has been working with a personal trainer and lost a few more inches and put on muscle. He's also been consulting with plastic surgeons. But anyway, his jeans are looking pretty worn, so we're off to buy BRAND NEW JEANS FROM A STORE :) I'm so excited for him!
qotd: I mightike to be something in the publishing field for a day. Maybe a book editor. Just to see what goes on in the back end of publishing?

lunch: salad with chicken
dinner: probably leftover chili or leftover crustless chicken pot pie. Need to get them eaten.
