Hey Everyone!

So I did have a reaction to the flu shot and now I am on tamiflu and some kind of prescription decongestant. WTH? This has never happened before.

QOTD: shoes... I am a clothing and shoe ***** I get it honestly from my mother. #truestory!

I have zero energy and have no idea want will be on my menu because I have no appetite. I'll try to focus on fluids.

I went to my old sunrise yoga class this morning (hadn't been in several weeks because of my plastic surgery). Now I'm at a coffee place with DH. He wants to go to some new Chinese place for lunch, which means I'll be eating a microscopic dinner. Still have various small things I need to deal with today - it never ends...

QOTD: omg - TONS, many of which I haven't worn in years. Of ones that I still wear, there are just a handful that I wear somewhat often - a pair of Dansko clogs, Saucony walking shoes, 3 or 4 pairs of Ecco Mary Jane flats in different colors. And in the summer, I sometimes wear Teva sandals. I also bought a pair of Ryka cross trainers the other day to wear during my water fitness instructor training. These may end up becoming my standard gym-wearing shoes, too.

B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries

Me. Coffee with half and half, protein shake

L Chinese food (unfried meat and veggies only)

D maybe some pumpkin yogurt. Or a homemade stir fry with lots of veggies over cauliflower rice

I am awake... sorta. I watched -all- the baseball yesterday and the only team I was rooting for that won, thankfully was the only team for me that mattered. #GoSox!! I really hope that the Rockies and Indians can at least make some better baseball going forward.

Today should be a lazy day mostly. I am going to watch more baseball, continue quilting and working on the scrapbook for my in-laws. My husband tells me he needs to go shopping for me for my birthday!

Qotd: Many. Especially now with my orthopedic problems. Accessory bones are no good. I really only wear a few pairs though, the ortho ones, my tieks, and sneakers for training. But I probably own about 25-30 pairs if you include slippers, house shoes, hiking and rain boots.

Accountability: So BAD! I had a huge lapse in judgment at the grocery store and thought I would be okay getting licorice and some nice fall themed apple cider donuts. Nope! The licorice was actually okay. But the donuts?! I found myself reaching for a second after I scarfed the 1st one. In the trash they went immediately, including the one in my hand that I intended to eat. Then I felt icky and unsettled the rest of the day, so I didn't eat anything else! Bah!

Bf: 2 vanilla protein pancakes, 1t margarine, 1/4 cup sugar free syrup

MS: premier protein shake, babybel

L: leftover pork that should have been dinner last night

AS: ostrim Turkey stick, protein water

D: I don't know yet, but after yesterday -definitely- protein only!

Goals: 900 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, 1hour treadmill, all vitamins

No Junk Food!!! Not even during baseball!!!

Late post from me today- it's been a busy day. Started it with my run and then to my sons school for a meeting, then piano lesson then home to change for the lunch cruise hubby and I went on.

Qotd: so I just counted 30 pairs in my bedroom. Downstairs I have flip flops, and sneakers, so maybe 50 pairs total? Ive NEVER owned so many shoes at once before. Losing weight and going down in shoe size opened up so many options. I used to own maybe 3 pairs of shoes at any given time. I keep my shoes in their boxes cause it makes them easier to stack/store. Flip flops go in a bin for the winter.

Weight today: 215, 3.5 years out

m1: egg, 2oz ham

m2: leftover grilled chicken salad

m3: buffet options: cod fillet, roast pork, chicken thigh, salad

Day 1 carb free was a success--today I faltered slightly and ate a few fries that is made for my son, but spent more of the day consciously saying no, no, no.
