I didn't see a post yet, so I thought I'd start one up. I'm heading to a book sale, a craft/vendor fair, and probably lunch today, and then home to relax the rest of the day. If it's not raining or wet I may go work in the garden, but it's been drizzly and wet for weeks. The one sunny day we had I was busy.

QotD: How many pairs of shoes do you own? I'm not really a shoe girl. I have one pair of sneakers for the gym, one pair of some slide-on casual shoes, one nice pair of sandals, a pair of flip flops, and one "dressy" pair that don't actually match anything I'd wear (they're gold and brown)

most of my menu is completely up in the air, but I will have eggs, apple bourbon sausage, and coffee before I head out.

Hi!

Today is a cleaning day at home today. I haven't felt up to cleaning the last 2 weekends so it's definitely time! It's dreary and cloudy out and it looks like rain is on its way again! That makes it a good day for indoor housework . . . if I can work up the motivation.

QOTD: I'm not a big shoe collector. For whatever season it is, I buy 2 pairs of the same shoes or ankle boots in brown and black for work. I also have 1 pair of "universal" dress shoes, 2 pairs of walking sneakers, and of course, a pair of heavy duty winter boots.

MEALS FOR TODAY

Breakfast: High protein milk

AM Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Cheddar and colby jack cheese slices with 2 Carr's water crackers; high protein milk

PM Snack: Low fat, sugar-free Greek yogurt

Dinner: Refried beans topped with melted cheese

Good morning all....Today we are taking the nieces to pick out Halloween costumes! I am so excited we have told them they can pick out whatever they want.. Then we are going to BJ's, Walmart ,Target and what ever other store I can find. The older niece started Pre-school last week and she needs clothes and I got permission from my brother and sister-in-law to buy her all the clothes I want... Oh they have no clue what they have done!! I am sure that little girl will be the best dressed kid there plus who knows how long it will be before having to wear the same outfit twice. I love buying little girl clothes... Only rule my husband said is we need to be home in time for the Red Sox Yankees game....

QOTD: I never used to have a lot shoes until I lost a lot of weight! Now I have buy way to many shoes and way to many sweatshirts.... Oh who am I kidding I just have way to many clothes in general... Today is actually chilly I can not wait to throw on a pair of Newsie boots today.

Food for the day:

B: yogurt

L: ham and cheese roll up

D: we will be eating out

Have a great day friends....

Good morning! We are headed out to visit my son in a little bit - I CAN'T WAIT to see him!!! Going to spoil him best I can. Still making time for coffee on the couch with OH, it's my thing. I finally found 'the' bra, in the right size. It's a beautiful thing to have a bra that feels like a hug. It's a back smoother, it really keeps all my bits in check and looking great/smooth! Ahhhh!

QOTD - It's a seriously embarrassing number. Let's just say I have every type shoe/boot, in every style and color that I will ever want/need but I still want more. They even have their own room. I think I have a problem.

Accountability - I had a glass of wine and BLT's unknown.

b-coffee x2, SB on the road

l-Dave and Busters - chicken lettuce wraps

d- Not sure but it's looking like Cheesecake Factory + a movie - GIVE ME STRENGTH!

v/l on track

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Good morning Cassie and everybody. I survived my first business trip after WLS. We went out to dinner Thursday night and I had part of an entree of fi**** wasn't as hard as I thought to skip wine, appetizer and dessert. But it takes so looonnnng when you aren't eating all of that food.

The flight back from San Fransisco was delayed and then diverted to Minneapolis before finally landing in Chicago. Finally got home at 2:30 last night. I can see a nap in front of football today. Other than that I am going to the gym, cleaning out my closet and cooking.

QOTD: it took me over a full year to get approved for surgery and during that time I didn't buy any clothes, just shoes, glasses, accessories. So, I'm probably closer to Liz's number than I care to admit. I really like Alan Edmonds mens shoes.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage

Snack: Cottage cheese

Lunch: Ham and riced cauliflower

Snack: SF pudding

Dinner:Ham and cauliflower

Enjoy the rainy fall weekend!

I also put a moratorium on buying any clothing in the 6 months leading to surgery but I figured my shoe size wouldn't change. Well it didn't for some styles, but did for others, especially boots! I bought 3 pairs of boots during that period that I ended up giving away because the boot shafts were too large after I lost weight.
