It is really hard and I am particularly sad because she is so young.

Thanks Liz. The Aricept MAY help in the long term but there certainly is no guarantee. In the meantime, she is really struggling and I am trying to just stay calm and deal with one thing at a time.

dementia is REALLY hard to deal with. Been there. It is devastating. I'm so sorry about this - especially since she's still so young. That's got to be heartbreaking. I am so sorry.

Thanks. Some days I wish that I could just go to sleep for a long time and wake up to find things are different!

Love the dress it is a great color on you.

I woke up to major sinus congestion for some reason and a bad headache. I took a mucinex hopefully that will help some.

I ate not as well last night- had a couple bites of these oatmeal banana protein "cookies" I made for DH with some whipped cream. Could have done way way worse.

QOTD: I'm grateful to be strong and to be able to pay my bills every month. And for a great DH and two pups and lots of tadpoles and wild creatures outside (even the moles that keep digging up the ground)

Forgot about food- coffee, PP creamer, water, pp pancakes, salad, maybe tuna on it, not sure on dinner yet because DH works later today and I HAVE to go to the gym, I took yesterday off.

Pic today is of last sunday SUP session. it was awesome. Oh and an outfit I put together this week- ignore the fizz on the hair and bathroom pic lol.
