Hey, if I accidentally had a nip slip (or something similar) in a public pic, I would sure want to know about it. So much for trying to be kind, I'll know not to do so in the future.

QOTD: Yes, I get a flu shot. Why, because I definitely don't want the flu!
Accountability: Yesterday: Calories & carbs still kind of high. Protein - 59, Calories - 1,445, Carbs - 240.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: chili, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella stick, light & fit Greek yogurt, small piece of apple pie
E: walking dogs

Morning all! It is going to be a hot and humid day here again so I don't plan on doing much outside at lunch. I think I'll go to the gym here at work over lunch since at least it is a little cooler there.
QOTD: We get the flu shot free here at work and I always get it. I used to get it because I had diabetes but I think it is also a good idea since I work in a cube farm with lots of other people who are always sneezing and passing around germs. I also get the pneumonia shot because of my history of asthma. Any cold that I get goes to my chest and it is hard to get rid of.
It has been a very busy week at work and yesterday I didn't take my usual breaks. By the time I got home I was tired and grumpy but I did half an hour of a kickboxing video and then half an hour with my trainer (cyber session). I was super tired then but felt alot better mentally.

L: not sure since I am going to the gym

QOTD: DH and I always get flu shots. We've never had a bad reaction. I also want to get the newer shingles vaccine this year. SIL came down with shingles while we were on our trip in Europe and she had had the original vaccination. It was a mild case but I still don't want it and DH is a baby about everything these days.

Yes, we get the flu shot here. My husband is a nurse and my oldest who lives at home is a preschool teacher, so all the germs! :) Plus we have a couple of kids with asthma that don't need the flu...
