I'm sure you can puree it. my favorite thing was to have the fancy applgate turkey bacon with low cal gravy... oh and pintos and cheese

I eat cod once or twice a week, but would recommend starting on fish with a smaller texture like tilapia or dover sole while you are on puree.

the problem is I don't eat fish, I do eat cod fish and crab legs.

Is cod fish not fish? I'm confused

To me, cod is a cold water white fish? I'm English, so maybe it means something different geographically in the US, although I buy my cod from Kings Soopers lol.

Confused me, also!! Proud to be stupid, with KIM...and I didn't introduce fish for several weeks...maybe months...and I KNOW I never ate pureed fish...ewww

I had pureed tilapia and salmon starting a week after surgery. I also ate the packets of tuna and salmon because they were very moist.

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.
