What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?
Hope you feel better soon.
Although, if I were "forced" to be sitting for a while I would be so happy, because I could work on my crochet without feeling guilty that I have to do something else!

Gout is the worst, Chris. The one question that I asked my surgeon the morning of my surgery was whether Colchicine was OK to take post-op.

I've been missing for a while, due to issues from vertigo. Little did I know when the PA from urgent care gave me a prescription for scopolamine that the withdrawals would be so much worse than the nausea. I had 2 days where I couldn't keep any food down. Probably TMI but vomiting after RNY is much different and now I get what people are talking about with the foamies.
My pouch is still very sensitive and most things aren't going down very well right now. I've been in misery after 2 of the last 3 meals. Maybe I'll stick to greek yogurt and Syntrax Nectar they seem to be the only things that don't bother me right now.
I haven't been tracking my food for the last few days because I've been eating so little, I don't want to get out of the habit so I'll get back to it tomorrow. The last time I weighed myself I was down about 2.5 lbs but I figure it was just the lack of food and slight dehydration. I'll get back on track tomorrow.
