Morning menu folks! I am up early for pilates followed by training.

Qotd: I was lucky growing up. Just me and my brother and parents in the house, but everyone in my family had their kids very young so I had all of my grandparents (still do except two step grandfathers), -and- until I was 14 all of my great Grandparents! I also have many cousins. We used to be a very close family, and I imagine some of them still are... but I moved to the other coast and have lost touch with most of them.

Accountability: yesterday was great!

Bf: 4oz fage Greek yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

MS: babybel

L: leftover serving of realgood pizza

AS: premier protein shake

D: leftover naked pulled pork, 4 triscuits

A 16th of a practice sugar free, protein birthday cake

Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, 1hour personal training, 1hour pilates, 1hour treadmill, all vitamins!

Good Morning!

yesterday I tried pumpkin spice almonds - interesting

I also made a French inspired creamy Dijon chicken with boneless chicken thighs. It was really good.

QOTD: I have 5 siblings, one passed as an infant. I am the youngest. I have 14 nieces and nephews who I love dearly. I have 5 cousins in FL and we are close. And of course one married son with two grandchildren. And a partridge in a pear tree. Ha.

My Dad was a first generation American, so we still have some connections to second cousins in Britain.

B: fairlife latte, overnight oats w/protein

L: salad w/Costco chicken

D: TBD but hankering for some TJ cauliflower gnocchi

S: protein powder, apple

ex: rest day. I was wiped after yesterday's rowing 5k and pushups. Might go to yoga tonight.

Here's the siblings, Wedding pic is minus my sister.

That was my $30 chinese dress off Amazon. All I needed was it to survive the evening. My SIL said don't stand too close to any open flames

Good morning. I'm not happy that I've let my weight slip up by about 5 pounds through the summer and travel. Not a good excuse! I'm still under my original goal weight but I want to be back down in the weight range I stayed in until June. I know exactly how many calories I was eating to maintain and what I've been eating this summer thanks to my trusty weight/calorie tracking spreadsheet. So I know what I need to do to lose. I need to get my act together! I feel like I met a huge challenge when I maintained for over 18 months in the same 3 pound range (having NEVER maintained at any weight previously). Now a bigger challenge: Losing 5 pounds of regain. I knew it would happen eventually and it is time to attack it now rather than let it keep sliding.

QOTD: I had a very small immediate family. My mother only had one sibling and he never married and lived far away. My father had one sibling who had children but my father and his brother were estranged (long story but caused by their parents). I had two brothers but one died when we were in our teens so now I only have the one brother who lives on the west coast. So until I was 12, I had an intact family of 5 (parents and 3 kids), with my maternal grandmother living nearby. Then my father died followed by my brother two years later so things were pretty quiet in my house from then on. Part two: I married DH. He had 10 aunts and uncles with uncountable cousins and 4 siblings. So a large extended family on that side. We ultimately had 4 children with the two youngest adopted. We have become close with our son's birth family so they are like extended family to us, and some of my stepdaughters family through her mother's remarriage are close to her so kind of like our family as well. VERY complex, but it works for us.

2.5 Years post-op (maintaining below goal for 22 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Salmon or Halibut (out to eat yet again)

S: veggies and hummus

G'morning all!

First day of AMAW went well. I always forget how much I rely on cheese or yogurt for my in between meals snacks. When I can't have them I'm at a loss. But if I wanna lose these last two lbs I gotta stick to it.

QOTD: we were 4 siblings (2 girls and 2 boys). My brother passed about 4 years ago due to brain tumor, it's still hard for me to say we are now 3. My other brother lives back home (Italy) with his wife and two girls, near my mom [my dad passed about 15 years ago]. My sis lives in UK due to her husband's job and she has three kids. We grew up with my grandma because my mom's job took her overseas a lot and my grandma was a constant. We were the typical loud Italian family and we still are when we get together. Next time we are all together will be xmas...can't wait.

Accountability: great

B: turkey links

L: tuna pack (I noticed yesterday the yummy tunas with sauce have 6-8 carbs, so there goes out the window my happy tuna moment)

S: turkey meat balls

D: chicken skewers

Have a great day everybody!

Good morning~ I had a good day yesterday. I was able to get so much done at work and home and I killed it at the gym. I really like working out and I keep changing my routine so hopefully I wont get bored. Today is much of the same, taking care of business and going to the gym after work. I've done a lot of thinking lately. I'm pretty damn happy about my results so far so I need to stop beating myself up. I know have more work to do but I need to get out of my head, stop overthinking everything and just do it. There.

About the DEXA scan -I'd like to have this done - who did you have order it? WL Surgeon or PCP? Also is it just a bone scan or do I need to ask for one that measures fat and muscle or is it the same? Any advice is welcome.

QOTD - There are 6 kids in my family - 3 boys, 3 girls. I'm the youngest. From 5th -12th grade I lived in Mass where my dad's side of the family are from and had a million aunts, uncles and cousins all over New England whom we saw regularly. My family is huge! We even have a cousins group page on FB where we share news and photos -old and new - it's really cool. We moved to CA after I graduated HS to be close to my grandparents - mom's folk's and have been here ever since.

Accountability - Yesterday I eye-balled fruit and yogurt x 2 but I entered x3 in MFP since I'm not sure about the exact portion size.

22+ mo out - 157.2

b-coffee x3, yogurt and blackberries

l-tuna, light mayo, balsamic vinegar, spring mix

d- eggbeaters, green chiles, salsa

es- popsicles

v/l - on track

e -cardio and toning

Have a great day!
