What's on your Tuesday menu RNY'ers?
Morning all.... Cold rainy day here in the 802.. I guess a good day to work... I have a headache which does not help.
QOTD: I have a small family just myself and a brother who is 12 years younger than me and we are really close. But I do have an Aunt who is 11 months older than me that was raised kind of like a sister. My grandfather passed away when we were young and her and my grandmother lived across the street so my dad kind of took over for my grandfather and her and I are really close.
Menu:
B: roast beef and cheese
L: egg scramble
D: meatballs, sauce and cheese
Below is a picture of my "little" brother and I...

Good morning! Yesterday was a good day. I had a really nice walk in the afternoon with my dog. It was much needed for both of us.
QOTD- I am the oldest. I have a sister that is 20 months younger than me and a brother that is 5 years younger. My sister and I used to be very close, not so much anymore. When I was 18, my parents divorced. My father remarried and his wife had 3 children, 2 boys and a girl. I am not close to any of them.
Accountability- good!!
Food plan for the day-
B- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 2 eggs
S- chomps
L- 4 oz shredded chicken with hot sauce
S- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
D-grilled halibut with lemon
Lots of water and vitamins
770 calories, 9 carbs, 110 protein
Good morning, its a rainy Tuesday here in Chicago. I had a few errands to run last night plus the gym so I slept later today. Usually I am staring at my clock waiting for it to turn 5:00 so that I can get up.
QOTD: I have two sisters they both live in the Boston suburbs. I wish that I saw them more often that I did.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Greek yogurt
lunch: tuna creations, SF pudding
snack: Volpi, SF popsicles
Dinner Hamburger, broccoli
Have a great day all

Good morning! I ran late to work today and feel super out of sorts about it now. Like I'll be playing catch up all day, even though quite honestly work was slow yesterday and I'm ahead, so I really shouldn't stress.
qotd: I have a huge extended family on my moms side that I'm close with--lots of cousins around my age that I grew up around. I have a twin brother, but he's my only "full" sibling. My mom remarried and I got a half sister 9 years younger than us, and my dad remarried and I got a half brother also 9 years younger. I also got a step brother and sister from my dads remarriage and I'm very close to my step brother (he's the one who had a stroke), he's less than a year younger than my twin and I. My dad and stepmom divorced, but we were thick as thieves growing up and we still all talk almost daily. I think there's just enough of an age gap between us and the younger siblings that we don't spend a lot of time together.
Breakfast: coffee with HWC
snack: Greek L&F
lunch: leftover fajita (about 3 oz steak and 1/2 C peppers and onions)
dinner: on my own. I might just make some tuna salad

Mornin'!
Headed out for coffee in a few minutes, then I have my (non-credit) class from 10-12. If I can decide between two faucets today, I'll also run over to the kitchen store and pay the deposit on my counter/sink/faucet project to get the ball rolling on that. Committee meeting tonight at Panera Bread. Lots of little things I should try to get done today, too...
QOTD: I have a younger sister and a younger brother. My sister lives about 10 miles away; my brother lives in North Carolina. I'm not close to my sister, but we get along for the most part. I have a lot more in common with my brother, but I wouldn't say we were particularly close, either. We've never been a close family, unfortunately - I envy those who come from such families!
3 years 3 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein shake
L: cottage cheese and strawberries
AS: L&F yogurt with high fiber cereal
D: at Panera's. Hopefully they'll have the turkey chili on the menu. If not, probably the 1/2 black bean soup 1/2 one of the lower-calorie salads (like Asian chicken salad)
ex: yes! I need to do this! I'll stop by the gym today for 30 minutes on the bike - or *something*!

Hello all! Happy Tuesday!
Busy day here. I'm feeling anxious about some things workwise and financially, but everything should resolve by tomorrow.
Mia has been the cat from hell all night and is still being impossibly noisy (it's still dark here at 5:30), and I've had very, very little sleep as a result. For an animal that barely weighs 6 lbs., she has a voice as loud as an airhorn, and she's not hesitant to use it, ugh! I really love her, but my goodness she can be disruptive.
QOTD: My dad was an only child. My mom's only sister died of pneumonia at age 15, when my mom was just three. My parents have passed away. My grandparents all died in WWII.
I have one brother who is 3.5 years younger. Both my brother and I have one son each. I like both my sister-in-law and My ex-SIL. I haven't heard from my own ex-husband in a long time; last we heard he was living in Brazil.
My son is married to a lovely girl who has four siblings, a mom, dad, and stepmother, aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews, and a grandmother. I'm really glad that my son has married into a big family!
My nephew Ian is 26 and not yet married, though he has a girlfriend.
I had another baby brother who was born two years after me and before my brother Mike, but he was very premature and did not survive.
I had a great aunt, my mom's mother's sister, my Tante Mitzi. She was a spectacularly romantic person. Actually, there have been a lot of intensely romantic figures in my family. My Tante Mitzi died when I was 14 or 15. Her husband, my Uncle Egon, was very nice. They had no children.
I have distant cousins in Europe.
I am the oldest living female in my family, and it is my job now to pray for all of my kin.
First: tea, tea and more tea!
B: tuna
L: chicken
D: two eggs, scrambled
S: more tuna or some sardines, or a bit more chicken
Here is a delicious sounding recipe for cheese-stuffed chicken patties that I will make soon. It's fine for those of us enjoying high protein, low carb foods:

Have a beautiful and happy day, my RnY friends!
