Hello, I'm back!
Hello, I was last on this forum about a year ago. I left for a while because I I got pregnant. And then after my baby was born she had a lot of trouble gaining weight and I was told not to try to lose weight if I wanted to keep breastfeeding... had a lot of problems getting my milk supply up. Anyway she is almost 6 months old now. She is finally gaining well and taking a couple of supplemental bottles a day and starting solids too. I'm up 13 pounds from the weight I was at when I conceived her, and I'm ready to get it off and get back on track! I had my surgery in August of 2017 and lost a hundred and thirty pounds in a year. I still have 45 pounds to go to get to my surgeons goal for me. My personal goal is to lose 65 more. Since I'm still breastfeeding and my baby is still on the skinny side I'm starting gently by stopping the nasty grazing habit I've developed and reducing my carbs. Anyway, looking forward to meeting new people and seeing who all is still around! I will come back shortly and add a picture of my "weight loss increases your fertility" baby.
**edited to add- here she is, with sweet potato on her face. trying to figure out how to make it smaller but...

Congrats on your baby! I would encourage you to start by measuring and logging everything that goes in your mouth. Make sure you get 100+ oz of fluid a day and increase your protein intake.
All the best!
