Is that the Proferrin heme iron? How much do you take and where do you get it?

Janet,

The website is www.proferrin.com , I purchase them from Colorado Biolabs. 1-888-441-0067. I take 3 a day of the proferrin ES. Their iron is highly adorable and can be taken with or without food. I break them in half and I space them out away from my thyroid pill and calcium citrate. I spend about $50 a month on them. I have them in auto-shop.

Landing aircraft!

Hit upper end of the goal range. Now just need a few more pounds for wiggle room :)

I got so excited this weekend, besides goal. Went to a great outlet mall (not near me - about 40 miles away) to just see if my favorite store had any season switching deals. Mother-lode! I love Arcteryx and this mall has Illinois' only outlet. I was checking out the various jackets in the clearance section. Nice selection, but prices listed were just okay. A little high - about 35% off retail - above my 40 to 50 off requirement. I was about to leave and the salesperson said - did you see the sign. We are making room for the new styles coming in on Monday. All clearance is 50% off the lowest price. I literally almost fainted. I was looking at 3 different jackets (ranging from temps in the 50s; 40s and 0). I grabbed all 3 - done! I figure - goal incentive #1. Now I just need to get under 180 and I'll order my Peleton bike.

Congratulations on getting into range! Have you tried both Peloton and Expresso? If so how do they compare? I've never been on Peleton but love riding the Expresso's.

Only the Peleton. They have stores in some Malls locally, so I rode a recorded class. I loved that you could pick the genre. So I spun to country. It was fantastic. It was so quiet and smooth. Also loved the digital controls vs. just knobs (though my spin instructors hate that feature at the health club). I haven't heard of Expresso. However a quick search puts the bike over $5K plus services. The Peleton is $2K plus service. I would never buy that expense of a system. Even refurbished at $3K is too much.
