Good morning. Things going well. A little more carby than I wanted this week, but snacking way down. I'm expecting a good weigh-in Sunday. Back slightly out, so workouts in the evening have been down. I'm seeing the Chiro tomorrow, so that will be resolved.
I did have some popcorn earlier in the week. My Mattie strategically placed herself for the inevitable drop.
QOTD - Leaving to go back to Philadelphia when my mother was in hospice. My employer at the time wouldn't give me more time off, as I'd used my vacation. In the days before FML. It was almost return or don't come back. She passed 3 days later. Then I qualified for 7 days of leave. Stupid. But describes my employer back then. Thankfully that was a long time ago.
Pre-workout Protein cookie
B - 2 egg rounds from McDonald (ate at the auto dealer after my morning swim). That's a good deal for $1.40
S - Chicken Jerky 80 cals
L - Small salad, turkey meatloaf (3oz)
S - ? Maybe a protein drink
D - Real Food enchilada protein bomb (eggface profiled them a few months back)
S - SF Jello
