Good morning! Happy Friday Eve. Quick post for me today, I am off work today and tomorrow and have some things I want to get done.
QOTD: I just can't do audio books.
IMenu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage L: tuna wraps if I don't end up meeting up with my hubby for lunch L: TBD S: Carbmaster cottage cheese and pork rinds D: I haven't decided yet but probably a repeat of last night ES: yogurt with fiber cereal.

An easy day today. Just personal training and hopefully the treadmill. I don't even have any errands to run.
Qotd: I take my books however I can get them! I have a Nook that is my primary source of reading, but on the treadmill I listen to audio books. I still pick up actual paper copies pretty frequently too. It is not uncommon for me to have three books going at once. The Nook is awful for my sleep sometimes though. I will finish a book at 2 or 3 in the morning and it ends on a cliffhanger so I have to know how it continues... book store right at my fingertips! I have had too many sleepless nights that way!
Accountability: Another very good day. I seem to be back in the groove, now if only the scale would start moving again!

G'morning all!
We've had a couple of gloomy days around here. Not seeing the sun all day long. So I pulled out all the fall outfits and enjoying my long cardigans.
QOTD: I was very attached to my books. We have a whole room with library like shelves for all the books. I think it was about 10-12 years ago when I was going abroad for work and DH noticed half of my suitcase was books. He got me a kindle and I never looked back. Then about 3-4 years ago somebody suggested if I listened to books my runs could be more pleasant and I wouldn't dread them. Mind blown!! I love audibles and listen to books while driving, crocheting/knitting, cooking, working out or anything that doesn't need my full attention. I go through audibles like water. In fact a couple days ago somebody at the gym gave me a hard copy and said you'd love this story. I thanked her and promptly downloaded the audio version of it and gave the book to my trainer.

Good morning barely,
Work was rough yesterday. I had 7 babies to take care of and legally we are only supposed to have 4. On top of it, they sent someone home. Had babies crying because all I had time was to feed and changed them until a few left after a couple hours. Hope today is better.
Qotd I find I do better with books or my kindle. On trips I listened to audio books but I find my mind wondering from it.

How is everyone doing? I've been so busy with marching band/competition season in full swing I have missed posting and life lol! November 1st can't come soon enough. ;)
QOTD: I either read an actual book, or I purchase them on iBooks and read on my phone. It's been a while since I read a book though. I bought the 5 love languages a couple weeks ago and have read 3 pages so far...lol!

I've been having such a hard time getting to the gym lately EXCEPT for my hour with my trainer on Friday's. I feel guilty if I cancel soooo there's that. I typically leave work early on Monday's for a class, but we've been busy so I haven't been able to leave early, then I go on Wednesday's which is my day off. But i've been covering for people on vacation. I think I need to just start leaving and going before work.
