Refried beans in small amounts are usually ok.

so that will have to do the trick for me then. I will fill a 3 ounce bowl with that and eat it throughout the day.

You may want to try packets of tuna or salmon. They are moist and easily digestible. Also canned chicken tends to be moister and easier to process than roasted or baked chicken.

Peach, sorry about your friend losing her husband. I be scared for my son too if that happened.

My bad news, I came home from work and my next door neighbor stopped me and said I think you have my kitty. I lost my kitty and this morning I didn't want to get up because I feel I don't have a purpose and depressed. But I keep telling myself that I still have my babies at work.

Qotd not in school. I have a medical assistant degree in 1997. I do have to take training courses for work periodically. Over the weekend I did and online course. First course I got 89% and second course I got a 83%

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D sirloin pork chop

Have a good day

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your kitty. Would you be able to go to a rescue and adopt one?

Just a suggestion, but there are thousands of homeless cats in shelters that get euthanized daily, just waiting for homes...I am sure you can find a local Shelter/animal adoption center that could help you find the perfect cat companion! if they are older, they usually are already microchipped and neutered and have all their shots. You usually have to pay a minimal fee (like $50-100) but that covers their vet checkups.
look into it!

Oh no! I agree, you might want to find another kitty that needs a home.

sounds like you need to go over to the humane society or another rescue place and get yourself a kitty! Lots of them are needing good homes!!
