What's on your Tuesday Menu RNY-ers?
Good Morning Bethmal and menu family!
Thanks for starting us off, Bethmal!
I am really sore. I tried to take my niece's huge dog (size of a great dane) for a walk on Sunday and he took off running and pulled me to the ground. I have a bruised knee, arm, shoulder & hip and twisted my neck when I fell. I'm too old, (62), to be sprawling about on the ground. LOL!
QOTD: My first thought was being in my daughter's shoes. Upon further thought, I think I would like to be a bird or an animal for a day, maybe one of my dogs.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 92, Calories - 1,419, Carbs - 192. Weight 141.0
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: peanut butter & banana on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt
E: walking dogs
Have a great day everyone!

Oh no! So sorry that you got hurt! Big dogs can really be hard to handle if they decide to run.

Sorry about you sprawling out on the ground. He's probably huge compared to your dogs.
Yeah, we aren't as able to bounce back as quickly from that stuff at our age! I learned from my shelter volunteering that I had to limit the size of the dog so I wouldn't try to walk one who could pull me over like that. It almost happened once and really scared me.
