Janet I think you look great! Amazing job you have done. I agree with Laura and a bra fitting, it makes all the difference. When I first lost a woman in my department told me I needed better support for my girls, I remember thinking wow! But glad she told me as I have been very conscious of it since and seeked out VS bras which were better support then the cheap ones I was wearing.

Try the dream angel VS bra. It does not add any extra padding but lifts perfectly. VS has nice bras that fit well. I find very little use for a lot of the other ?fluff? in the store but bras are great.

you truly look wonderful though... you will feel better as time goes on.

Are you going to therapy? I ended up pretty drastically underweight because I was trying to achieve some utopia that would make me happy with my body. The next thing I knew I had stupidly low body fat (and it wasn't because I was 'lifting heavy'), Osteopenia, low estrogen, really high cholesterol, high B6, and a heart rhythm issue. All of those things are linked to being underweight.

I still didn't see myself as being truly thin. Not even after plastics. Therapy has helped me a lot and wish I would have done it far sooner.

You look amazing! I completely understand the whole body image dysmorpha. I'm there right now. For me I feel like I looked so frail and gaunt last year and this year I feel chubby and yet I know I'm not. I think it's that constant feeling of still going the day girl that does me in. In my case the extra skin hanging everywhere doesn't help. Regardless, I hope you can learn to appreciate how wonderful you do look and more importantly feel.
