Good morning~ I'm home sick today. I've had a stomach bug since Saturday and while its gotten better, it's not letting up. I ate yesterday morning thinking I was feeling better but it was to soon... Anyway, It's strange that I'm retaining fluid as I am basically empty - clean as a whistle - but my usually very loose rings won't budge. I'm not even interested in eating physically, but my head is still saying - oh - such and such sounds so good... That is the struggle everyday.
QOTD - I was not a fan of shakes whatsoever. I had to choke them down that first month and was happy when I didn't need them anymore. Just the thought makes me cringe. Other than that, I can't think of anything. I read everyone's menu for ideas and always want to try the latest thing people are raving about if it sounds appealing.
Accountability - ate very little yesterday, but my weight is up .8 which is strange considering how sick I've been.
21 mo out 158.1
Food is up in the air, but the day will include lots of fluids, SF jello and maybe yogurt.
v/l - on track
e -just no
Have a good day everyone!

Good morning. Still sitting one pound above goal range. Grrr. My own fault. So this week is under 35 g carb week. I will get to goal in the next 3 weeks (which for me is 180.0 - middle of the range). I'm also changing up my meal planning - more in line with how I consumed food about a year ago. Exercise remains intense and fun. The boxing and Move Strong classes on Sunday back to back are crazy exhausting, but a blast.
QOTD - I love the ricotta bake and still make it and have it in the freezer right now (my wife, who hates most of my food - love's it too. But I add some Edamame and spirized veg to it. More for texture). I love it when I have chili or hanker for EYETailian. For the WLS rules/process - it's always been the 30 minutes per meal. I'm now working hard on trying that. I typically take 20 minutes. The other is the 30 minute drinking rule before a meal. I think that is silly, as the liquid must be gone by 15 minutes. My NUT confirmed that and said they state the 30/30 because they fear it would confuse people. So I just simple go by 15/30. I've never gotten sick, but that's just me.
Off day exercise, so no pre-work out food
