Trying to decide if I should revise from band to RNY.
I am a band to RNY revision - May 2016. I also had initial success with the band, but eventually gained all but 25 pounds back. I have had zero complications and much success! My high before the band was 248 and my high before RNY was 223. I lost down to 134 for a brief time right before I got married in Feb. 2017. I am up about 12 pounds from there, but this seems to be a "happy spot" for my body! I still have to watch what I eat, and I definitely work out often, but I would highly recommend doing it! By the way, I am still trying to get my body to a lower "happy spot." Weight loss/maintenance is a constant struggle!
