Good morning,
Im glad it's Friday, it seem like a long week. I have to work online classes for work this weekend that have to be done by September 30.
Qotd Chrissy Metz, even though she's heavy. I really relate to her.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L potluck at work
D support group tonight but if they serve something bad, I'll eat protein bar.
Have a good day.
My picture was taken yesterday morning
Happy Friday! Accountability sucked as I had 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie. My overall calories were ok, but I didn't need to "fill in" with a cookie. I fasted for Yom Kippur on Wednesday and I've had ridiculously small pouch days since then. Fasting was, perhaps, one of the dumber things I've done lately, and on Tuesday night a friend came in my office and told me not to do it, but I didn't listen. Fasting is not smart when you are hypoglycemic. I've been messed up since. Here's hoping to get back on track.
QOTD: Anna Kendrick. A friend described her as non-threatening and approachable. Sounds good to me
My plan:
B: Bacon
L: Chicken thigh
D: ???? Maybe baked chicken parm. I have chicken tenders that I need to cook or freeze
S: Latte (my first one all week), and maybe a yogurt before the gym (or part of a yogurt if my "I can't eat more than a few bites" continues.)

Take care Stacy! We are different now! Historically, I fasted fairly frequently, but I wouldn't do that now, I don't think. A religious ceremony I participated in for many years involved, amongst other things, four days and four nights of complete fasting (water only). It was a profoundly transformative experience every year, and it culminated at the summer solstice. I think that I would almost certainly pass out soon into the ceremony if I tried that as a post-op.
