morning!! So today I have my job's annual awards and promotions ceremony. It's a pain in the behind to coordinate and last night I realized that I forgot to order two awards for recipients. Ugh!! I'm ginnna run to see if I can find similar (they are replica of the liberty bell) just to have something to present. Can't wait for this day to be over!

Me: actresses Regina King. I'd actually prefer Neve Campbell- but she's white and I'm not :-)

Good Morning Peach and Menuers,

We made it! Happy Friday!

Peach - I hope you are able to find your Liberty Bells for your awards! We use to do awards at school but had to stop because what use to be fun turned into emails, phone calls and complaints from parents. So we stopped because it was more of a headache than something fun for the children. Good luck today.

QOTD: I almost spit out my coffee with your comment about Neve Campbell! However, one of my favorite actresses is Regina King. Very talented! I would go with Jennifer Garner or Reese Witherspoon. I don't look like either one but I like their style of acting and seem like they are bubbly and I like to think that I am bubbly too.

I am sitting here reflecting on how bad I felt a week ago and how good I am feeling a week later. I just can't believe how long I lived with the gallbladder pain and just like that it is gone!

B: PP chocolate shake

L: small salad with turkey, olives, feta, half avocado, and a Honey Crisp apple

D: unsure because are going to go out

Looking forward to the cooler fall temps this weekend, some football and Sunday meal prep (what a lifesaver that has been this week)

QOTD - Debra Messing -- we're both loud, funny redheads so I think it works....but she's so much taller than I am!

Accountability - I heard that yesterday was national pepperoni pizza day, so I changed my menu and had half a Real Good Pizza; I need to remember that while I like the concept, I don't really like the pizza and to do that again. I like their enchiladas but the pizza doesn't work for me. On a plan of 544/72/16 I ended up at 613/64/18.

Exercise - a round of dirty dozens (12 sets of 12 crunches, pushups, squats, and lunges)....but I have round number issues so I also add a final set of 6 of each to be at 150 vs 144).

7 months out, 172.2 this morning

Coffee + half and half and tea all day

B - Light and fit greek

L - 3 oz deli smoked turkey + cheese stick

D - 3 oz deli lemon pepper chicken + cheese stick

631 calories/74 protein/19 carbs

I found it on pinterest during one of my searches for something I could do in a hotel room. It's pretty butt kicking...and I try to do it fast and tell myself that helps with cardio, lol.
