Thank you! I love being close to the beach, too. Up here on the island (just an hour north of Seattle proper), I almost never see anyone else on the beaches! I generally have them all to myself. That always surprises me! Yes, the water is profoundly calming and even when I don't go into it, just my proximity to it feels balancing and cleansing. Where in Pennsylvania are you? I used to live there, for a few brief years. I've lived all over!
Hi everyone:
Chicken or eggs, hmmmm. Not really a big fan of either or my pouch isn't. I guess I would choose eggs, more versatile and I do love me a poached egg.
Breakfast:
Decaf and premier protein
Lunch:
Miso soup (no noodles) with veggies and chicken in it
Snack:
Cheese string and mandarin orange
Dinner:
Spaghetti meat sauce hold the spaghetti
Bedtime snack (because I seem to be starving at 2 am if I don't)
Probably greek yogurt and berries.
Exercise: Probably a walk

Hello All,
Busy, busy day. Just came in from doing some work in the yard - moved summer flower pots to the back of the house so I could decorate the front with my pumpkins and mums.
QOTD: I can't decide. I like them both equally!
B: PP chocolate shake
L: salad with turkey, feta, olives and a splash of red wine vinegar and a pear
S: PP chocolate shake
D: leftover Salisbury steak
Hope everyone had a great day!
