Occasionally, when people ask me what I do, I say "I meet". Sometimes weeks of 40+ hours of meetings!! It can be crazy! Tomorrow it's only 3 though:-)

It is official! I am wearing size 12 jeans! I was a size 14 all through high school. I held up the pair this morning and just shook my head. No freaking way were these going to fit. But they do!

Today is my first follow up appointment with the sleep doctor since I have been using the oral appliance. I don't think anything ground breaking will come of it. I certainly don't think she will tell me I can stop wearing it. But here is hoping!

I may not be able to post tomorrow through sunday. I have a sewing retreat this weekend and it gets a little crazy getting out the door. I will say, breakfast and lunch are provided so I am pretty nervous about that. But I am bringing my mini food scale so I will still be tracking!

Qotd: Chicken or the egg.... my first instinct was to say I would keep the egg... But the more I thought about it the more I think no, I would keep chicken. I love eggs and use and eat a lot of them, but they are replaceable. In baking I sometimes use flax eggs, or banana instead. True, nothing could replace my hard boiled eggs... but even more so, -nothing- could replace chicken!

Accountability: very good. Dinner was a disaster though. I tried a new recipe for chicken and broccoli with quinoa...nooooo. 3 tiny bites in and the foamie**** hard. Quinoa is absolutely off my list. I was able to finish the chicken in the dish a while later but ouch...

Bf: premier protein shake

MS: babybel, protein water

L: 4oz siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

AS: not sure, I might get something at the store

D: also not sure, must get something at the store. My husband will be eating the leftovers by himself...

Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, 1hour treadmill if I can fit it in, all vitamins!

Happy Friday Eve!

I messed up my time and day for the PT, I was supposed to be there yesterday at 2pm, fortunately they have an opening today at 4:30pm so I'm hoping for relief from the vertigo.

QOTD: I don't eat chicken or eggs. Eggs only if they are in something else.

Work is craziness, will try to survive today. I work from home tomorrow so it'll be much better.
