Happy Friday eve! Had an appt with my endo and she took me off all insulin. Yay! She had taken me off metformin during recovery time, but added 1 pill a day. I see her again in 6 weeks to determine if 2nd one is needed.

QOTD chicken

Yesterday cals 865, protein 75, carbs 35, fat 45. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a boiled whole egg and white of 2nd egg. L albacore pouch with no sugar gherkins and light mayo. D TBD. Snacks cottage cheese, tea, tuna.

Good morning,

I got to take care a premie baby yesterday, she was so light, I thought I was going to throw her when picking her up compared to the other babies.

Qotd probably eggs because I get tired of chicken easily and not eggs.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D keto lasagna and broccoli
