Good morning and happy Friday Eve!! So excited for this week to be over!
Cara and Amber, I thought of you yesterday because I know you share the boot love - I was at the shoe store and I saw some (non-expandable) knee boots on the clearance rack...I thought "oh, I'll try the on and see how they fit calf wise" -- I have NEVER fit into a pair of non-elastic knee boots because I have some big calves. They fit...and I thought "oh, I have to buy them" and then realized, 1) I only wanted them because they fit and 2) they were kind of ugly -- so I left without them but got the shaft size so now I know what fits!
QoTD - right now, i'd probably go with chicken, I really only eat eggs scrambled or in egg bites at this time so they are not as versatile for me as chicken is. (I used to love an over easy egg but not sure how you eat one if there's no toast or grits with it, lol).
Accountability - I was having a very not hungry day, and then I got distracted sorting through clothes that fit vs clothes that don't fit and didn't have time to cook dinner and ended up eating a meat and cheese pack that I had in the fridge and wound up light on protein for the day.
Coffee with SF pumpkin caramel syrup (thank you everyone that mentioned the Jordan's skinny syrup) and half and half
Pumpkin spice black tea
B - L&F greek pumpkin pie yogurt
L - 2.6 oz lemon pepper deli chicken breast and a cheddar/gruyere cheese stick
D - 2 oz deli turkey breast, 2 oz deli chicken breast
S - I have a roltini in the office but not sure I'll need it
434/62/16 without snack, 544/72/16 with snack
Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!!

Soooo exciting for the NON WIDE calf boots!! LOL...I don't actually know if I will ever be able to wear regular width boots since my genetics lean toward the wide calf side (my mom and sister are both relatively thin and have always had wider calves too) but I will hopefully be able to find some in a regular store soon! I can't wait to go boot shopping!
also, the caramel pumpkin syrup is my fave! DH got me the pumpkin trinity pack (pumpkin spice, pumpkin cheesecake and caramel pumpkin)--caramel is by far the best one.

Good morning~ This conference is interesting but I'm not thrilled about the constant comments from my neighbor about everything. They are annoying, inappropriate, super right wing and sexist... I will go out of my way not to be near him today, I don't think I can hold my tongue again. On a better note - I was up at 5, I've worked out, I'm enjoying a huge cup of coffee and OH. Next - breakfast, shower and day 2 of conference.
QOTD - After coffee, my 2 favorite things are eggs and chicken. Huh... I would have to pick eggs. I love chicken and its versatility, but I CRAVE eggs all the time and would probably miss them more.
Accountability - breakfast buffet yesterday had an omelette bar and eggbeaters - perfect. The amount of food at this conference is disgusting. The lunch buffet was more like last meal, dinner/wedding for 1000 and the morning and afternoon snacks are huge trays of enormous muffins, pastries, cookies as big as your face, frosted brownies, full size candy bars-baskets full and regular soda. Not a low carb item in sight except coffee and water. Would it kill them to put out some fruit or veggies? Vent over - through it all, I was an angel. 2 years ago, I would have happily been in a carb heaven super coma while stuffing tons of stuff in my bag for later.
21 mo out - 159.9 yay!
b- coffee x 1000, egg beaters omelette w/mushrooms, peppers, onions and salsa
l-grilled chicken and salad
d-Sherman's Deli - pastrami and pickles
es- jello
v/l - on track
e- DONE!
Have a great day!

Thanks, Cara! It's so interesting my how much people eat when given these options. The majority is overeating. There are a few heavy people that are eating publicly light and you know they have candy bars and cookies in their bag.
