I would give up chicken but would miss it's pouch filling capability.

Today I ate ham, yogurt, salad, pepperoni, and some more ham. I'm still sugar free and it may be getting a bit easier.

Good morning! Late start for this thread today (usually I'm way down in the list of people posting). It is Thursday and another rather dank, drizzly, dreary day here. I hope your weather is better. I find days like this to be depressing as I definitely need to see sunlight a lot to feel energized. Tomorrow should be much nicer.

QOTD: I'd have to retain the eggs. I enjoy them alone or with other things as well as being able to include them in many recipes. They are fairly filling but not as much as chicken, but definitely more versatile.

Accountability: I'm now on day 4 of my post-vacation eating regimen so I'll be halfway after lunch today. I get less hungry but more bored when I eat this way, so I just have to ignore the boredom.

You are so funny- you would give up chicken but your whole menu is chicken.

QOTD: I would take the eggs as well. You can use them sweet or savory.

Ended up making meatballs last night that came out really good- a combination of one pound ground pork and one pound ground turkey- 3 eggs, almond meal, Parmesan cheese, a few dashes Worcestershire sauce and spices. Baked in oven then cooked in sauce.

B: latte, overnight oats w/protein

L: pizza on low carb pita

L: chicken and veggies TBD

S: protein powder, cottage cheese, apple, protein bar.

Good morning folks! I'm taking a quick break from the trainees to say hello! Yesterday was a mega-exercise day. I walked 4 miles at lunch down to the Washington Monument. It wasn't quite as hot and humid and the sunshine was wonderful! I may go out for a walk again today at lunch even though it is more overcast. I also did a 20 minute kickboxing video to warm up and then 35 minutes of weights with my trainer. By the time it was over I was achy and tired, but I'm feeling better this morning.

QOTD: interesting question, the chicken or the egg.... I crave chicken sometimes and eat it pretty regularly but if I had to choose one it would definitely be eggs. I can always eat eggs, but chicken can still be hit or miss sometimes.

Menu:

B1: Isopure C&C protein shake w/ iced coffee

B2: scrambled egg, ham

S: chomps

L: ham, salad

S:Buddigs beef packet, apple

D: hoping for shrimp or fish tacos

Exercise: long walk and maybe a swim after work

Good morning! Quick post as I'm already getting my butt kicked at work. My allergies/sinuses are going crazy which leaves me with not much appetite so hey! Silver lining?
