Good morning everyone!! I'm up and had my workout (so proud of myself!), enjoying some coffee and now for some OH before I shower and head to the conference. Should be a good day. I sorta know what to expect food wise and I'm as prepared as I can be.
QOTD - Vitamins have been my no brainer. Only being able to eat certain food, no problem. Other things came after lots of trial and error - getting in enough fluids, drinking before/after meals- that was tough for me but I'm good now.
Accountability - great

Have a wonderful day!

As much as I hated the presurgery food an demotions log, I am surprised at how much I like and rely on tracking everything I put in my mouth. It really helps with planning and decisioning!

Yoga this morning, then a meeting with an estate planner this afternoon... seriously?! When did I become an adult? I turn 36 in a little less than a month, but this kind of behavior just makes me want to curl up on the couch with a Disney movie playing, surrounded by my stuffed animals and buried in fuzzy blankets... actually maybe instead of a Disney movie that is exactly what I will do for the baseball game tonight!
Qotd: I still struggle with not drinking with meals...I don't do it, but dang. I knew it would be hard and it has been. I don't struggle at all with exercise though. I have always been active and enjoyed working out. Now it is just getting easier to do certain exercises. Especially mountain climbers! Without the big belly in the way I can actually bring my knees in!
Accountability: yesterday was good. Although I skipped training I did get on the treadmill for an hour. I also baked absolutely disgusting protein cupcakes. They weigh about 15lbs each and taste like cardboard... lovely.
Bf: 4oz siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola
MS: premier protein shake, babybel
L: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice Dave's killer bread powerseed thin, 1 slice ham
AS: ostrim Turkey stick, protein water
D: chicken and broccoli
Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 100oz water, 1hour treadmill, 1hour yoga, all vitamins
I think it's great you're doing estate planning! You never know what's going to happen, so it's really good to have things planned out for the worst case scenario and to update your plan as situations change. Then you can rest assured that what you hope will happen if you die or become incapacitated will actually happen...
