Early on, I'd get a runny nose, but I haven't really had that since maybe month 2

Good morning Peach! I went through orthodontia with two kids and me (as an adult). All seemed to drag on longer than planned. Those regular visits are a drag.

We are coping with drizzle this morning. Hopefully it will be drier later so I can take DH for a walk. I did stuff around the house and watched TV while it rained yesterday in the early afternoon while DH dozed. Then he was up several times during the night so I'm hoping to keep him more active today to avoid that.

QOTD: I also thought the not drinking with meals would be a problem, but I am so used to that that I even recently stopped using a timer after meals (I just mentally note the time). I also thought the vitamin regimen would be a problem, but am in a routine with that as well though I do continue to use timers to make sure I spread them out as needed (calcium and coffee separate from iron for instance).

2 Years, 5.5 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 21.5 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Chicken

D: Pork

S: meat stick

I'm pretty good with not drinking with meal now too but don't trust my self yet. I still need my timer. I have forgotten a few times since surgery and have paid dearly for it!

You ate 560 calories of fat yesterday. That's pretty high for someone so early.

The first year is a one time gift of rapid weight loss.

Yep, not a stellar day.

Good Morning Peach and the gang! Funny, hubby just took Em yesterday for her ortho appt and we are good for another 6 months or so. They did do an x-ray and said her wisdom teeth are on the way and probably would be ready to come out in about a year-she has her normal dental cleaning tomorrow so we'll see if they agree.

How do you like the TJ's chile lime burgers? I love the taste but they are little too dry for me and it's been tough to digest a few times.

I love them but usually add some salsa or other sauce to them.
