I am glad you are having a good first day back to work. Make sure you rest when you can-I remember just feeling out of energy for a few weeks after I came back to work.

I wish I could draw or sketch. It seems like a never ending source of meditative entertainment:-)

B- silken tofu with juiced greens and berries (added hemp protein powder)

L- protein greens, quinoa, pumpkin seed, beet and mushroom salad with homemade dressing

D- cream of broccoli soup made with cashew milk and nutritional yeast.

S- handful of cashews

It was a very busy weekend but nice. I did get a lot accomplished.

QOTD: I always wanted to be able to play a musical instrument. I tried playing the trombone but I just don't have the natural talent. That's ok, I'll just stick to BBQ! LOL!

B: 2 eggs, 1/2 slice of cheese, 1/2 serving of turkey breakfast asusage

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 2 oz turkey breast

D: 2 1/2 oz grilled pork chop, 2 1/2oz grilled chicken sausage

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:649, Carbs:7, Protein:96
