What's on your Monday Menu RNY'ers?
Ugh... Clearly I should still be sleeping. But, I am not. Today might call for a nap later. But after the treadmill (I finally got on last night!), and after I make donations at goodwill. A lot of clothes and household stuff need to go. I hate clutter a lot so donation trips happen pretty regularly.
Qotd: Singing! I should clarify, I sing -all- the time. As much as singing along to Slipknot, Godsmack and other rock and metal bands can be considered singing... however, I am terrible. Being partially deaf in one ear might be to blame for my case of awful singing ability. Lack of talent though won't stop me!
Accountability: yesterday was finally 100% super good! All the water, treadmill time, good calorie count, great protein! Woot!!!
Bf: 4oz siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola
MS: babybel cheese, shrewd food protein puffs
L: 4oz turkey meatballs (a new brand so not sure I can actually eat that much), maybe 4 triscuits
AS: premier protein shake
D: leftover Sausage Giardiniera, 1 slice Dave's killer bread powerseed thin, 1/2t margarine
Goals: 1000 calories, 100g protein, 120oz water, 1 hour treadmill, all the vitamins.

Good morning~ Sunday was super lazy ~ my Pats lost ;( but we can't be Rock stars everyday! I enjoyed getting out to Buffalo Wild Wings for a while but it was SO COLD in there I couldn't stand it. Even after eating super hot wings and overheating for a minute it felt like winter (Rob too) so we came home. I have an orthodontist appt this afternoon then home to pack for my conference in Palm Springs for the rest of the week. Trying to wrap up my work week in one day here.
QOTD - Oh how wish I could play the piano! We always had a piano growing up and while I would play around on it all the time, I never wanted lessons. I wish so bad I had taken them now. When we buy our house, I am determined to buy a piano and learn and play something beyond heart and soul!

Good morning. Weekend was pretty uneventful. My normal workout routine (run and weights on saturday/aroms and abs then spin on sunday) Went to the movies on Saturday night then ran errands all day yesterday before having dinner with my mother, brother and sister in law. I highly recommend A Simple Favor for anyway who is looking for a good escapist movie. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would.
Accountability was good until yesterday. There's a soft serve ice cream truck that is amazing. My family wanted ice cream after dinner, so I had a small cone. When I eat off plan like that, I make sure it's amazing and worth it. This soft serve is.
QOTD: I wish could play an instrument. My mother sent us for piano lessons, but I have hands the size of a small child, so piano was out. She never pushed any other instrument. I think it would aid in my appreciation of music.

Late start for me, so good morning/good afternoon! We "weathered" the storm pretty good. Just a few branches down, short power outage. So feel blessed. Now it's a waiting game on the flooding. Rivers are suppose to Crest by Friday I think. I feel for the ones who have lost homes or lives of family or friends.
QOTD would love to be able to play piano.
I've had a stern come to Jesus meeting with myself and am determined to get back on track. For the last week I've had bread and crackers and way too much, so time to get real. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a whole boiled egg and white of 2nd egg then more tea. L albacore pouch with a smidge of light mayo and sugar free relish. D TBD. Snacks Turkey breast, light string cheese, fat free cottage cheese, tea.
Forget today is Monday and just enjoy the day!

G'morning menu peeps,
Had a productive weekend. Caught up with everything I needed to while I was gone so I feel like I am where I am supposed to be for the start of the week....it's an accomplished feeling. Clean desk and ready for the week.
QOTD: so many things: Piano - was sent to lessons for a whole year, hated it and convinced my parents to stop. I wish I hadn't. Sewing - I wanna learn to sew quilts. Interior decorator/designer - I have so many ideas but I'm worried what I see in my head might not translate in real life, so I pull back.
Accountability : All DH's fault. Bought these yummy spicy pecans that I couldn't stop eating. Bagged them this morning and told him to take them to work. Can't have them at home.
