Good morning,

Sorry I've been missing from here over a month. I changed my password then it would say website not secure and then it would say incorrect password or username. Got a hold of someone at corporate office to help me to get in. My password was cut off from what I thought it was. It was my fault mostly.

Still working, it was crazy for awhile last month, they had me working full time hours and it was affecting me badly. My depression was getting worse and couldn't get enough sleep. Finally got them to give me back my normal hours. Also had the doctor put my antidepressant back up so now I'm starting to feel better. Now if I can get back to my exercise routine that should help to. It's been since the middle of July since I exercised so I know I'll have to take it easy starting out again

Hope everyone is doing good. I've read some post but I know I probably missed some things.

I haven't been bingeing lately just eating the wrong stuff so I've been trying to do a modified version of Low carb diet. Just eating protein and veggies but allowing one apple a day to my diet. Also I'm cutting out the diet pop, I was just drinking too much of it.

Qotd I wish I could sew and make things. My grandma was an excellent seamstress but I didn't picked up her talent. I laugh at some of the things I've made.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D keto low carb lasagna and broccoli

Have a good day

Wondering whether anyone has found a SF/SA free pumpkin spice coffee cream or syrup. I love pumpkin spice but everything I've seen has either lots of sugar or sugar alcohols.

I found some pumpkin varieties of the Jordan brand syrup at Tuesday Morning (not sure if you have those where you are).

I went on Amazon and the Jordan's Skinny SF syrups have Sucralose not SA's...yippee! I'm ordering a bottle.

I'm not sure if you have used Torani syrups before but I found I need less of the Jordan's so the bottle lasts longer.
