Whatâ??s on your Photo Friday menu, RNYers??
Morning folks! I've been working at my home desk since before 6, answering questions, reviewing work and creating exercises for my group of trainees. I certainly is different from my usual workload but it is nice to see them progressing.
I have been tired this week too. Part of it is probably the dreary weather, more activity in the office and all of the stress at home. I've gone to bed early several nights and I'm glad I got the extra rest. Trying to keep the plans limited for the weekend so I have some down time. If the rain holds off, I may take a long walk/hike to get some alone time in nature. We are having dinner tonight with a good friend and his soon to be wife. That should be fun. I am also looking forward to having a crab cake for dinner.
QOTD: more hikes, wearing all my thrifted sweaters, more hikes, decorating for Halloween, more hikes!
I am working out with my trainer for an hour today and that will be good for my mentally and physically.
