Your so cute. I love the smile in your pre surgery pic.

I tried steel cut oatmeal the other day. I had it with protein. I was down for a 4 hour nap within an hour of eating it. I learned again I can't eat oatmeal.

Awww Deb. I don't use steel cut, and not a full portion. Something about the overnight soak part seems to help me. Don't know why.

Good morning! Glad its Friday as well. I came to work since the storm is not expected to affect us until later today. Having a tree fall on my head is not something I aspire to, so I might leave at lunchtime. Really am a fraidy cat when it comes to driving under tree canopy.

QOTD the holidays.

Yesterday I gave up logging food after dinner, so not sure what my totals were. I feel myself slipping into some dangerous territory and need to get back on track. Today B 1st tea with half and half then Turkey pepperoni and 2% cheddar. Lunch tuna salad. D beef roast. Snacks cottage cheese, tea.

For those impacted by Flo, please be safe!

Logging really helps me, along with weighing myself every morning - two sides of the same coin. Your menu for the day sounds good. You can do this!

Please be very careful - leave early and batten down! Keep us posted, we will be thinking of you.

Good morning. My workout schedule occasionally yields me a dead man. Today was a slug day for me. I got up and said nope. I'll relax and box tonight. I got a new roller from Rollga. It's cool - weird shape.

QOTD - hell yeah!!!!! Snowshoe, snowshoe, snowshoe. Everyone hates me. I walk around hoping for 10 inches of snow all winter. I have the greatest winter gear and was lovingly bringing it out last week. Can't wait.

Terrifying story as I look at this picture. My dog Oreo is ball crazy, but it has to be the KONG orange ball (only sold at target). She will not play with ANY other ball, ANY. KONG has discontinued the item and refuses to sell us any remaining stock (yes, we love Oreo). We can't check Target because the yellow and orange balls have the same SKU. So every weekend we hunt orange balls. We've only found 4 sleeves in the last two months. We might need to start her on Prozac soon.

B - 2 eggs; salsa; 1 sausage

L - Turkey meatloaf 3oz; small salad

S - Fage, cheese (split)

D - Califlower rice 1/2 cup and 3.5 oz chicken burger

S - SF Jello cups (2)

I'm sure I will be at Target this weekend, what's the sky? I will join the hunt for Oreo's balls. (There's no good way to phrase that).
