Hey there! Determined to get on today. I've been reading at night but mornings haven't been happening.
QOTD: boots and booties and of course pumpkin and cinnamon everything.
FYI - I find Swerve to be excellent for baking as it has the same granulated texture of real sugar. I recently picked up Pyure Stevia blend @Walmart. It is twice as sweet as sugar and is more like a fine granulated. I made a jar of "cinnamon sugar" with it and it has been going on everything. I like to mix multiple types of sweetener when I do a SF dessert, so may try using this with Swerve.
B: cold brew latte, overnight oats w/protein
L: chicken soup, salad, maybe lite English muffin
D: fish, Brussel sprouts, sweet potato
S: protein powder, watermelon
ex: rest day.
