When I start a new exercise, it's amazing how much longer 3 minutes (or even 30 seconds) can be! Stay safe and dry!

Thrift stores and clearance racks will be your friend while you're losing! You can find decent things, and I am always shopping for my current size plus 1-2 sizes smaller if I see nice/like new things so I have them when I get there :) as you shrink, it gets wasier to find the nicer items at thrift stores. I refuse to pay much more than $10 for anything these days, unless it's something like a comfy sweater or cardigan that I can get away with for longer.

Yes! It's astonishing how quick that happens -- unless you are buying something one or two sizes smaller than you currently are, plan on wearing anything you buy fast, otherwise you might shrink out of it before you do. Also -- belts are incredibly useful.

Sometimes! I started at a size 24, and didn't even wear any 22s before I started wearing 20s. Now I'm in a 16, but some of my 18s are still fine if I wear a belt. I have some 14s in a storage tote that I keep all of my "still too small" clothes (every 10 lbs or so I have a mini fashion show and try them all on again lol). I don't think I have any 12s "on deck" at this time, but I only just got into the 16s. Tops I seem to be able to wear for longer, especially if they're supposed to be "tunic" style or if they are a flowy design. If I want more fitted tshirts and camis, I buy them at Walmart--basic tshirts are $2-$3, so it doesn't bother me to buy new as I shrink. If I end up not wearing things, it's no big deal since I only paid a couple bucks. I donate all of my things I shrink out of or don't wear to a local women's shelter, they're always in need of the bigger sizes.

Best of luck in returning to work on Monday!

As far as clothes go - I started at 353#, and incredibly was still wearing the same garments after losing well over 100#. They were falling off of me quite literally - safety pins were critical! It took an effort for me to overcome my aversion to shopping as an obese person (since virtually nothing fit, and what did fit wasn't doing me any favors, lookswise), but now it is a fun, if expensive, experience. I found a few times that I bypassed sizes altogether, and found a few garments in my closet that I had shot on by sizewise without realizing they would in fact fit. But then again I work at home, which makes clothing less critical, professionally. I did buy a few new-with-tags things at thredup.com which I preferred to swap.com - I tried both and found that the things were more expensive there, but the photos were much clearer and they came much faster. But if I know the brand and style and it's offered as NWT on swap, I am happy to buy if I like it. In general I prefer shopping in person at regular stores though, as I tend to procrastinate sending ill-fitting things back on time, which means I have paid for things I won't wear: not a bargain.

Good luck going back to work, and good luck with your work clothes!
