Good morning. Hoping the hurricane will slow down before it gets to landfall. I've been waking up really early the last few days. It would be a great time to go to the gym once I am cleared. Although going out in the winter months at 5:00 will be a challenge.
QOTD: I love to ride the Expresso bikes at the gym 5 days a week. I can track how far I go online and they have weekly and monthly challenges. Also usually lift weights once a week but just on the Cyber machines. For now, though i'm just walking.
Breakfast: Cottage cheese
Snack: Ricotta
Lunch: Premier
Snack: SF Jello or Popsicle, Cottage cheese or Ricotta
Dinner: Broth,half Premier
Have a great day, its almost Friday.

Good morning!
My workout is 30-45 minutes on the elliptical, which hasn't bored me yet. I switch between forward and backward, which changes your muscle groups and sense of balance. Then I'll hit weights for 20-30 minutes and do some ab stuff. I'm real enjoying any variations of doing that.
Menu today: Protein bar and a coffee, small apple for a fibre boost. Ms: I'm in a meeting so none. Lunch: chicken breast. Afternoon snack: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, cucumbers. Supper is unknown.
Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
I just recently started going backward for the last 5-10 minutes of my elliptical workout, and woah. I realized how weak some of my muscles must be! My legs were jelly after about 5 minutes of backward, but I can go forward for 45 minutes, no problem! So I plan on continuing to build up and increase my backward-elliptical time.
