If I do that, just let the clean clothes sit, the cats get in and make a nest and I have to wash them all over again!

Same here, especially if the laundry is still warm from the dryer!

Mine don't even care if they are warm...they just want to build a nest in the fresh clothes!

Good morning! My drinking a boatload of water yesterday seems to be helping with the weekend water weight gain--I was down 2 lbs this morning of the 4 lbs I ballooned up from the weekend. Ugh. I can tell I'm jus****erlogged and bloated. I also have a serious acne breakout and I'm embarrassed about my face. It's not even that Time of the Month. I feel like I'm in middle school again! Hopefully working up a sweat at the gym after work will help more with the bloat. I skipped the gym yesterday on account of having to pick DH up from work and get groceries.

I was on a roll yesterday. I attempted to use my work security badge to "badge in" to the crosswalk instead of hitting the button, again to unlock my car, and yet AGAIN upon arriving at home. Guess what? My front door doesn't open with my security badge :P I have also at another point in time almost tried to use my car fob to unlock my house. Oy vey.

qotd: Folding and putting away laundry for sure! I will wear a weeks worth of wrinkly clothes pulled from the dryer before I fold them, I swear. Also, maybe I'd like to have someone tend to my ornamental flower garden--I have one for curb appeal but I definitely give more care to the veggie garden and only the flowers as an afterthought. There usually dead by the end of July.

breakfast: coffee with SF pumpkin pie spice creamer

lunch: 4 oz deli turkey

dinner: maybe just a yogurt or protein shake on my own, don't have leftovers and I likely won't feel like bothering with much. Maybe a scrambled egg with cheese if I feel I need something of more substance.

Good morning. So another change in my life due to RNY is what to buy for hurricane prep, as far as food. We always joke abt getting bread, but will have to think abt shelf stable proteins. I live inland at the lake so threat is downed trees due to saturation and resulting power outages. Interstate lane reversals are in effect and I 77 was pretty busy this morning going north so when I go home this afternoon, will go back streets.

QOTD definitely would like a cleaning person!

Yesterday I was home and felt like I grazed. I will have to get a handle on this before I retire! Cals 1144, protein 94, carbs 87, fat 44. Today B 1st tea with half and half then a boiled whole egg and white of 2nd egg then more tea. L chicken breast. D TBD. Snacks mini box of raisins, fat free cottage cheese, tea.

Have safe day!

Stay safe! I'd go with lots of meat and cheese sticks (so my hurricane rep would not be that different from my Tuesday prep, lol)

I can't remember if you eat salmon, but the Chicken of the Sea salmon and tuna packets are great. They last a long time and taste good. Also canned chicken if you have a manual can opener.
