QOTD: I would love to hire someone to take care of all my home 'stuff.' I just don't have time to get it all done right now - even though DH is really trying to help me keep up.

morning folks!
I have my first Physical therapy appointment today for an evaluation and hopefully they can give me some exercises to work on at home so I can get back to a routine. I've not been working out for the last week or so because I felt like it was making my back pain worse and I want to make sure I am doing the right things to minimize the pain, so I am looking forward to that...I am here at work early since I have to leave early for the PT appointment.
QOTD: I would 100% hire someone to clean my house--especially bathrooms and kitchen. also maybe vacuuming...I do not vacuum enough. now that I am thinking about this, I might have to look into getting a cleaning person...I don't think they are even that expensive, like once a week? hmm...

Terrific Tuesday is underway...at least I hope it will be terrific!
SS - I think retreating to the house and barricading the door makes perfect sense! Way to close if you can hear the bear growl!
QOTD - I like the folding and putting away the laundry; I hate folding and putting away -- but I'd go with overall housekeeping, including laundry.
Accountability - I had a timing issue so didn't cook, made some swaps -- the nice thing about being at home is I have on plan swappable food around! Ended up at 620/62/17 on a plan of 566/61/18.
Meals - Coffee & Tea wherever I can today (and .5 premier as creamer)
B - L&F greek
L - 2 oz burger with slice of cheddar and 5 pickle slices
D - 2 oz deli ham with one cheese stick
643 calories, 71 protein, 17 carbs
Ex - late pilates class tonight, but i like this one - it's focused on balance; I just wi**** started before 8 pm!

hahah, I should not post before the coffee...the coffee makes my brain and fingers work together! I don't mind doing the laundry, I just hate the folding and putting away! At this moment I can see 4 stacks of perfectly clean laundry that I did fold....and have just stacked on the sofa. Why do I do this?
