What's on your Tuesday Menu RNY'ers?
starting it out today.
So it is time to pay the piper(weigh in). I went on vacation for a week then ate not optimally last week for 3 days. I'm up 6 pounds! I expected a few pounds but apparently not weighing for 3 weeks and eating a like a jerk part of the time will lead to this. I've prepped and planned my meals to get this number back down. lordy lordy...
Back at it!
OH- forgot to mention, DH went outside last night about 11 pm and heard a bear growling... he promptly came back inside and locked the door.
QOTD: If you could hire someone to do something for you for the rest of your life what would you choose? I would say clean the kitchen and take clothes out of the dryer and iron them. I'm really good about putting them in the washer but not as good as taking them out of the dryer and hanging them up.
Food for today:
coffee
water
chicken
cauliflower
protein pancakes
dinner is indian style chicken- I say that because I didn't do strick tikka masala but a blend with a little marinade
It is so easy to spend $$ on coffee (and ice tea for me)!
