Peach, if you have a bit of analysis paralysis, consider a travel agent. I use one for my complicated trips - and for my cruise because she is a cruise specialist and could take the things I wanted and find the right option for me. I'll PM her contact info if you want it (she works virtually with you so location not an issue).

hi all - last night was a fun filled gas night but I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause. Does anyone have issues with sevia with gas? trying to pinpoint cause- it could be the MCT oil? eating tons of eggs?
QOTD: coffee!!! protein powder, eggs,
And on the makeup wipes I REALLY like mine also- I've also used the body shop eye makeup remover also and it is REALLY good. doesn't burn your eyes and lasts forever for me. also another trick I read in a magazine- take olive oil and mix with aloe water and use that as a cleanser/remover also. it works really well and leaves your face super soft. (MUSt go buy some aloe water and makeup another batch)
planning my meals as well as I can for being in the office. don't need any distraction and need to drop these few extra pounds. im going to try my hand at a crab cake but with tuna instead? also need to prep some chicken for cooking. maybe I just will do sousvide for all the chicken so I can do multiple seasonings in each baggie.
Exercise at gym- either weights or yoga.
food for today
protein pancakes
coffee
more cofee

Happy Monday -- I'm working on being positive for a very busy and going to feel so long week ahead!

Thank you for asking, Janet, we are going to see the surgeon at 9:30 this morning so we'll find out more about when she can have her gall bladder taken out then. She is feeling pretty well right now, but the ultrasound showed that her gall bladder is full of stones, so another one could get stuck in a duct again any time. So she wants to get it taken out ASAP.
Give her a hug from me and keep us posted.
