Thanks, peachpie, and so fast. The article is new this week and contains ASMBS and PatchMd quotes--- thought it might be a relevant, good read for those interested. I, also, do not use patches but like to know there are options. Thanks again.

Thanks for posting. I started the patches, multi, Iron, Calcium, several months ago and will be having my levels tested next week. I'll see if they have changed.

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

mine will get checked in Dec.- It will be 2 years of taking them- in march I had a smaller panel done and all was fine- just doing multi patch, rest regular pills
