Good morning ~ It's a lazy day for me today also! But, honestly that just means we aren't going anywhere. NFL football starts AT 10am here and goes all day. I'll be watching my Patriots this morning!! Laundry, changing sheets, random cleaning, BBQ, food prep, gym planning, wishful thinking for closet cleaning/organizing - all on a lazy Sunday!

I went swimming yesterday and it was wonderful. A year ago, I could swim 90 minutes without stopping. Yesterday, after the first 3 laps I thought I was gonna die. I got out to grab a kickboard and catch my breath. OMG my legs were noodles, I could barely walk. I got back in the pool did a few slow laps, found my groove and pushed through for a total of 45 minutes. I love my new suit! I felt great in it and didn't need to wear my rashguard after all. I can't believe waited so long.

QOTD - dishes and crap clutter on counters and table tops like papers, mail, cups, change, keys, empties, any kind of trash out of place - I can't stand that. Everything has a place.

Accountability - great

Mornin'!

sunny and 70s here in the upper Midwest today - hopefully it's on it's way to east coast, Peach! WriterGurl - I know what you mean about getting tired of weight loss comments. Sometimes when I spot someone I haven't seen since I lost weight, I'll just walk by them if I don't feel like dealing with the comments at that moment - since they don't recognize me, they have no idea that they just saw me. The funniest ones are when former co-workers introduce themselves to me when we're in a group of other former co-workers (e.g., at a retirement party that former employees are invited to). I've had that happen three times now. One woman said "oh my - I'm so sorry - I didn't even recognize you! Your hair is a lot lighter than it used to be!" (evidently she felt awkward mentioning weight - but it was so funny I almost wanted to burst out laughing. I restrained myself...)

anyway, QOTD: my physical therapy exercises, although now that I'm (still) recovering from plastic surgery, I can only do about a third of them. Also, I always wake up and go out to the kitchen and eat my morning yogurt, no matter what.

3 years 3 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries

MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein chocolate latte shake

L: cottage cheese with strawberries

AS: lots going on - maybe half a protein bar

D: leftover chicken breast & veggies

Good morning all. I need to keep my 14 year old from going back to bed this morning while my wife is at tennis. Otherwise he will sleep all day, stay up all night and say he doesn't feel well tomorrow morning when its time to go to school. UGGH.

Other than that I think we are going to go to the Outdoor store to see if they have a clearance sale on patio or porch furniture. We won't get anything unless they have a real good deal, but we will see.

QOTD: Now matter how lazy I am I cannot resist writing lists in my Data Book or crossing off things that are completed

Continuing with pureed this week.

Breakfast: Premier

Lunch: Greek Yogurt

Snacks: SF popsicle, SF Jello, Ricotta

Dinner: Premier

Have a great day

Happy Sunday! I'm at the airport heading back to AZ for a few weeks. I am still thinking on it but I might have found my new Colorado house yesterday:-). We also went and saw stand up but craig Ferguson and he was hilarious! Once I get home I have to do grocery shopping, laundry, food prep for the week and I have an accupuncture and stretching session - busy day.

QOTD - if I decide I am having a do nothing day, I can ignore EVERYTHING!

accountability - hard to do calorie and counts when I ate out 3 times yesterday but we went to a pizza place and I had salad with chopped Italian beef; we went out to dinner and I had grilled chicken salad so I'm going with accountability was ok.

B - red eye (2 shots of espresso in coffee) with half and half

s - cheese square

l - light and fit greek

d - deli turkey and cheese, I think

have a relaxing/productive Sunday!

Remind me where in CO you may be taking up residence? We normally visit the Denver area annually and a meet up might be possible! Though I don't think we're going to Comic-Con next year, since my brother will be getting married in Portland, OR, so we may have to save our "travel fund" for that

I will be just east of Denver in Aurora, so easy commute to Comic Con! When I lived there before, even though it was easy to get too, we'd stay downtown and make a weekend of it -- do let me know if you come...and you have family in one of the L's right? Lakewood/Littleton get very confused in my mind.
