Waking up to the fall noise of the furnace fan blowing turns me into a seasonal-like zombie reaching for the summer-long, untouched spice bottle of cinnamon. Breakfast was a saucer plate of diced apple and walnuts microwaved twenty seconds, then dolloped with whole milk, plain Greek yogurt finished with cinnamon sprinkled on top. There is no need for a sweetener because microwaving apple slices make them taste sweeter. I like the warmness of the apple-n-walnuts and the coolness of the creamy yogurt. I agree with Peachpie re unexpected food offerings, especially when it is something made from scratch. QOTD: not a traveler but I sure like listening to other peoples' experiences.

Good morning~ Great aha moment, Peach. I love when that happens! I had another great gym day yesterday. I was too chicken to go into a full run on the treadmill, but almost. I'll try again today. I used the rowing machine for the first time - it was so oddly satisfying. My shoulders and arms are sore though. I will try some more oddball machines today including the curved treadmill. My lap lanes are reserved for tomorrow and I can't wait! I have a staff member retiring today and there is a lunch party at a restaurant where the food is gross (her choice). I have to go but I don't have to eat so I will think of some excuse...seriously yuck.
QOTD - I have never cruised and honestly have no desire. The idea of being stuck on a ship in the middle of nowhere - no land in sight freaks me out. I'm sure its probably fine once you're on there, but I'm good on land. Planes don't bother me a bit.
Accountability - perfect!
21mo post op - 161.0 - I'm not going to let this bother me - I have been great food wise and I'm working out now so my body has to adjust.
