What's on your Photo Friday Menu RNY'ers?
Mornin' All!
Heading out for coffee in about an hour, then lunch with a friend. Other than that,... ??? I do have loose ends to tie up on several projects, though. Same things as before, they're just easy to keep putting off.
I really blew it last night with eating. No "bad" things, just way too much of the "good" things. I've got to be really careful the next couple of days.
QOTD: can't help here - I've never been on a cruise!
3 years 3 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt, 1/3 mango
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein chocolate latte shake
L: not sure. They have quiche and a soup of the day there (not sure what the soup of the day is today) - or I could ask for the chicken salad or southwest grilled chicken sandwich without the bread
AS: if needed, L&F yogurt
D: turkey taco meat with lettuce, tomato, plain Greek yogurt, salsa
happy Friday everyone!!
My sister had her baby late Weds night so I went to see them at the hospital after work yesterday. its a BOY and they named him Elliott (Eli). I swear if I didn't still remember how hard those first few months were with a newborn, I would be begging for another baby right now...every time I see one I want one LOL...I am at the end of my childbearing years now, and DH and I made the decision for Story to be an only child, but I still sometimes get those pangs...I am sure it's normal. I don't REALLY want another one when I spend the time thinking about it, but my emotional self does. LOL
I put on boots this morning, as it is starting to feel like fall weather...all my boots have wide calves and now these look kind of ridiculous on me...sigh I guess I'll have to go buy new boots this fall! LOL
QOTD: never been on a cruise so I'll pay attention to tips also--been talking about taking a Disney cruise with some of the family/kids in the next year or 2!
B: coffee w/half chocolate PP (kinda like a mocha!)-I ran out of my usual caramel. Greek L&F pumpkin pie yogurt
L: Buddig ham pack and light string cheese, small nectarine
D: I didn't cook last night since I was at the hospital and story ate dinner at the sitter's so hopefully DH will make the shrimp and cauliflower rice tonight--or the other thing we had in the freezer was some salmon.
Photos: Story making her "monster face" which made me laugh. I love this picture...and Me this morning (please forgive the dirty mirror- I really need to clean my bathroom!)

Look at you gorgeous lady! And Story is so cute too!
Your boots comment cracked me up because I bought new boots just before surgery thinking that foot sizes don't change. My feet didn't change much, but my calves sure did! I had to buy new boots the next winter.

hi peach- I'm exactly the same- we did dinner last night- i ate WAAAAY too many peanuts (it was texas roadhouse) didn't eat the rolls- then 1/2 my meal. I also have an eating trigger when I'm tired... my schedule and routine was all messed up this week and my eating followed.
QOTD: cruise!!
Food for today:
coffee
premier protein fiber bar
water
1/2 last nights meal
Going under the Golden Gate bridge on my last cruise. It was a twin trip.
Peach,I've been on many cruises and many different lines. I've never had a bad time and I usually lose weight because I'm moving more and eating great protein
My son loves it and pines to go again. DM me if you wanna talk.
I was feeling anxious yesterday..come to find out my twin is in hospital on IV antibiotics. She's so tired. If y'all could pass a good thought her way I would appreciate it.
I didn't eat sugar over it.7 days today. Eating the right things.
