Happy Friday folks! I'm up and working from home today so I have a bit more time to log in early. Got my coffee and mostly ready to go.

It has been a hard and chaotic week at work with our new trainees arriving, but I have a great sense of accomplishment that all of my "kids" are up and running and settling in. Lots of steps each day and creative problem solving. Today I will be keeping tabs on them via Jabber and email and prepping more learning exercises for them.

This afternoon is another appointment with the neurologist for DW. This has been her first week at home full time on disability leave. She is very stressed, angry and depressed and I am trying to listen and help her come up with activities to stay busy.

After work I got in a 75 minute swim. With the heat index at 105, the water felt so good and I just zoned into the laps and letting my mind rest. This morning I have a cyber session in my little gym with my trainer. He is really pushing me and I like the challenge of seeing what my body can do.

QOTD: I've never taken a cruise, so no personal advice.

Menu:

B: HB eggs, ham

Snack: Cappuccino protein shake w/ coffee, chomps

Lunch: TJ's chicken sausages, salad

Snack: Buddig's turkey packet, apple, string cheese

Dinner: ?hopefully a crab cake or shrimp

Exercise: training in my gym

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.
