I had my surgery yesterday
Hi everyone,
I had my surgery and everything is fain. Now I' m home and understand better what means walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip.
Today I had only water and Tylenol.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to add proteins and multivitamins (Unjury and Opurity).
I'm finally on the other side.

Welcome to the Loser's Club as I have heard it called. Here are a few friendly tips you did not ask for: 1) lots of pillows on the bed to help you get comfortable 2) sleep in a recliner if a bed is too uncomfortable 3) ask for help the first few days when going from laying to sitting or sitting to standing to help prevent too much straining on your mid-section 4) follow the post-op guidelines like it is your full-time duty to do so 5) hardly never le****er leave your hand the first few days or weeks even 6) call the medical staff for even the slightest of questions--they learn from questions big or small 7) know the overwhelm-ness (is that a word?) of it all should turn into routine habit in no time. Seven tips for luck; take care.
