Hi everyone,

What can I do to reduce the gas pain right after the surgery?

Nothing helps except walking and time.

Some people think Gas-X might help but it doesn't because it is for gas in your stomach/intestines, not in the abdominal cavity where CO2 gas is pumped into to give the surgeon a good viewing space for the tools and camera.

Walking, I heard lifting your arms over your head helps too. Mostly just the light activity helps with the gas and making sure no blood clots! Good luck!

Move! Get up and move. That's what every doctor will tell you you have to move. Good luck
