Thank you. Unfortunately I am well versed. My brain will do mean things to me for about 5 days and then it will be easier.

I have to replace my shoes about every 4-5 months and typically run 35 miles a week (I think they recommend replacing about every 500 miles or so). I pay about that when I buy from the local store. Sometimes I have ordered from amazon or Nordstrom rack and paid much less.

keep up the good work!

Yeah I replace at every 400 miles ran. MapMyRun can track how much you ran in a specific pair-- very handy.

I paid $165 for my last pair and was underimpressed. My run streak caused me to hit the 400 mile mark a lot quicker than usual for me. $90 is what I'm ok paying for a new pair of sneakers. I wish I could buy locally, but I wear a 12 and they never carry that in female styles.

Its late on a Friday night before a long summer weekend, so I don't know if anybody will be around to read this, but I made it home!

I had my RNY on Wednesday morning and was discharged late this afternoon. Pain is mainly in my left side where they biopsied my liver but is manageable with Tylenol. I also have a sore throat from the tubes, etc. I seem to be doing good with drinking and have been got my 60 and 60 today. it looks like I'm going to have to keep working to get off most of my meds.

I'm going to stay off the scale for awhile, but I know that i have a belly full of IV fluids that slowly eliminating.

Have a great Labor day all.
