Mornin' All!

I did end up going to that visitation last night, and yes, the body was over in the corner. I just avoided it. Other than that, the visitation was very nice. We'll go to the funeral tonight. It'll be really packed, so I'm glad we went last night so I'd have a chance to talk to the family.

I'm going to try to eat a real dinner tonight. The last few days I've overdone it during the day, so I've ended up eating something like Fit & Light yogurt for dinner (I do NOT let myself go over 1700 calories). We have all this dinner-type food around here, and I miss it!! I'm meeting a friend for lunch today, so hopefully I'll have enough calories left over to have a real dinner for once!

QOTD: I'm good at planning - but I haven't been very motivated in awhile! While I was still working (at least the last few months), it was burn-out, now it's a combination of retirement and recuperating from surgery. So my Yet is motivation!

3 years 2 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop protein powder and 1 T cacao nibs

MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: maybe soup and salad?

AS: protein pudding or L&F yogurt

D: ?? Maybe meatballs and zoodles?

Late post for me- dogs woke me up at 4:30 this morning. took them and accidentally turned off alarm. woke up 15 min into my meeting I was supposed to be in! OMG was so embarrassed!!! it was crazy.

yesterday was back on track day 1 for me- giving myself at least a week to weigh again after my vacation- measuring tomm though. probably wont be much of a change there.

Not sure what a yet is- but I would say controlling anxiety, losing the extra pounds that are making me angry/unhappy with myself. being a strong gal. being healthy.

Food for today:

coffee/almond milk/myprotein powder

buddig ham slices

1/2 real good pizza leftover

not sure about anything else as I don't have much food in house- will go after work today and go to gym for an extra long session, then walmart for some basics.

Good morning! Yesterday was super nice here, only peaked around 76 and humidity was down. I turned off the AC and opened up the house as the temps dropped into the low 60s overnight. AC back on today, as the humidity is due to creep back up. I can't wait until it's "windows open 24/7" weather. I love summer, but I also like low energy bills ;)

i picked bucketfulls if jalapeños and cherry tomatoes yesterday. I'm sensing salsa, pickled pepper rings, and jalapeño poppers in my future. My aunts in-law are coming for a visit from Tulsa this weekend and we're having a cookout on Sunday, so maybe fresh salsa and jalapeño poppers will be my contribution.

Qotd: I'd love to be more organized. I'm kind of a chaotic kind of organized currently. I make a lot of lists and plans, but then leave them laying wherever, forget to grab the list, etc etc.

eats today:

breakfast: coffee and SF pumpkin creamer

snack: pumpkin pie Greek L&F (SHUDDAP ITS FALL NOW.)

lunch: just gonna eat some raw pumpkins. (JK I have some pulled rotisserie chicken :P)

dinner: some deli meat/cheese/pickle roll ups.

DH was rolling his eyes pretty heavily when I came home from the store with the creamer, the yogurts, a large shaker of pumpkin pie spice (I add it along with brown sugar Splenda to plain yogurt).

I'm going to try that. I love pumpkin spice everything too. We can't get the creamer yet (too early - I looked).

Good morning menu buddies! I get to go back to personal training today! Super excited as I feel like it has been ages. After that my day is relaxed and free until I babysit this evening. But the kids are awesome and other than wanting to talk my ear off it should be a really good time.

Qotd: My yet probably isn't as important as some others, but I need to get back to working in my sewing room regularly. It is something I love so much but sometimes have a hard time getting going.

Accountability: Not grea****er was low and I had a slice of the plum cake my friend taught me to bake. I knew I would be baking but I didn't think about trying what I made. I am planning for a tiny piece of it today, but planned!

Bf: 4oz fage Greek yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

MS: babybel,

L: 1 slice crustless quiche, 4 triscuits

AS: high protein blueberry muffin, 8oz kefir

D: leftover Bariatric cookbook chimichanga, 2oz vinegar beets, 1/4 slice plum cake

Goals: 950 calories, 85g protein, 120oz water, all vitamins, 1hour treadmill, 1hour personal training

This morning's weigh in 209.1!
