good morning menu peeps.
My weight is officially lower than I can ever remember it being, even since high school...I know I was over 235 when I was 16 because that is the weight on my driver's license (which I have never changed) and I know I lied about it then, probably by at least 20 lbs LOL...and this morning I weighed in at 209.5...the lowest I ever saw on a scale was 213 about 11 years ago for like a day. I am so excited to be closing in on Onederland! It honestly feels surreal, like winning the lottery.
QOTD: I think my YET is probably keeping up a routine exercise plan and making sure it's something I feel like I can commit to forever. not necessarily the SAME routine, but in general, committing to planned exercise at least 3 days a week to maintain health for my lifetime.
B: coffee w/half caramel PP, 1/2 C cottage cheese w/7 strawberries
L: leftover missisippi roast chicken
S: greek L&F yogurt (if needed)-I haven't wanted a snack all week so not sure.
D: leftovers-probably chicken crust pizza
Happy Friday eve everybody!

yes!--well actually DH made it but it's homemade! super simple recipe really...
crust is 1lb ground chicken, 1 Cup shredded parmesan and 1 egg. (we add some seasonings too like Oregano, basil, garlic powder...but thats the gist). press into cookie sheet, bake about 20-25 mins@ 425, top with cheese & whatever you like.
we use about 1/4C of pizza sauce, turkey italian sausage and turkey pepperoni w/8oz of shredded mozzarella, then bake again til cheese is nice and brown. it's seriously SO GOOD and resembles real crust but so much more filling/ satisfying and when divided into 12 squares, the pizza is almost 20g of protein, about 2g of carbs and around 215 cals per slice!
